Hi, I’m Rose, a Business Development Director, strategist, and organizer dedicated to helping entrepreneurs transform their ideas into thriving, sustainable businesses. With over 25 years of experience in education, business operations, and strategic growth, my journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to mentorship, leadership, and efficiency, all of which led me to where I am today.

     Originally from Philly, my career began as a teacher at Holy Innocents Catholic School, where I cultivated leadership and mentoring skills that would later become the backbone of my approach to business. At La Salle University, I developed a knack for organization and execution, managing large-scale housing logistics and off-campus events, an experience that reinforced my ability to bring structure to complex projects.

     My love of the beach began at an early age, visiting Wildwood every summer for our family vacations and eventually working in the restaurant industry there, first at the French Quarter in North Wildwood, then as a Restaurant Manager at Bandanas Mexican Grille, in Wildwood Crest. So stepping back into the business world in Wildwood seemed like fate! I took on leadership roles focused on growth, operations, and expansion. As Director of Operations at Island Ice Cream, I helped scale the company by expanding the customer base and streamlining operations for greater profitability.    At Topsail Steamer, I supported the business’s expansion along the Jersey Shore, helping it scale strategically. My roles at Cork N Bottle, Cork Yard, and DelMoSports further deepened my expertise in project management, HR, and business development, all with a focus on streamlining operations and unlocking growth opportunities.

     Through these experiences, I realized my true passion, helping entrepreneurs who are ready to start or scale their businesses, but need the right structure, clarity, and strategy to move forward. That passion inspired me to launch Rose Business Assist Pro, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to providing hands-on guidance for business owners at every stage.

   Today, as a Business Development Director, I specialize in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing operations, and creating strategies that drive long-term success.
